TruePath Recruiting is a recruiting services company that works on behalf of employer clients. This policy explains how we handle personal information about candidates who contact us about job openings.

WhatsApp chat content — messages you send or receive through WhatsApp with our team.

We do not request Social Security numbers, bank account details, or photographs of identity documents during an initial job inquiry, and you should not send them to us at that stage.

Match your experience to positions our employer clients are seeking to fill.

Share relevant candidate information with employer clients as part of recruiting and screening.

Comply with legal obligations that apply to our business.

We do not use the information from an initial job inquiry for unrelated marketing, and starting a chat about a job does not automatically subscribe you to ongoing promotional messages.

Because we recruit on behalf of employer clients, we may share relevant candidate information — such as a resume, work history, or contact details — with the employer clients considering you for their positions.

We also share information with service providers that help us operate, including email and messaging services.

WhatsApp is a third-party service. When you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policies, and WhatsApp's business terms require that we make applicable disclosures before you engage in recruiting communications through their platform.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our company, our clients, or others.

We keep candidate information for as long as needed for recruiting purposes, and generally for [retention period — to be confirmed] after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we must keep it for legal reasons.
